Hi! My name is Eric Kreisher and I am the President/CEO of Body Builders Inc., located in Spotsylvania, Virginia. I started Body Builders Inc., because I wanted to offer reasonable personal training services to everyone - not just those who belong to a gym, but those who don't have those kind of facilities available to them. I am an experienced Trainer with over 13 years of personal body building experience to offer, but bodybuilding is NOT my main job - I am a Professional Firefighter with the City of Alexandria, Virginia by trade and provide the same services to the City of Alexandria Fire Department personnel. I know that alot of you feel that having a "Personal Trainer" is very expensive and time consuming - that's not necessarily correct.
